Meet production planner expectations daily.Be able to prep and produce at least 1 full day or more on production products for all refrigerated cases.Know and practice rotation procedures to ensure product dates are properly monitored.Practice effective inventory management by counting and verifying merchandise against invoices and inspecting deliveries against for shortages, damages and quality.Know and practice appropriate portion control in deli production and service. ![]() Efficiently and accurately prepare, package and label products for sale to customers.The following is a list of the basic skill requirements for this position. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.Completion of ongoing training and development as listed on the Cosentinos Learning Plan.A food handling permit must be obtained within the first 14 days of employment.The following is a list of any certifications, formal education, or training requirements for this position. Reporting Structure: This position formally reports to the Deli Manager.
